The following situations are not included:
1. An item you claim is not as described, but the seller can prove that it is.
2. Items are as described, but you no longer want them (unless the seller offers Easy Returns).

You can apply for a refund of up to 15 days after your order has been completed. You can do this by contacting us in any convenient way for you. Please note that the application must include information about the purchased product and the date of purchase.
